Welcome to the onboarding team at Project Recruit. The purpose of onboarding is to make sure that we collect all the necessary information to make accurate timely payments, comply with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) regulation and maintain accurate records for both parties. We want to make this process as simple and straightforward as possible for you. To onboard you we need to have a short MicrosoftTeams call. So we can do this at a convenient time for yourself you can book your onboarding call here. This will book the call into yours and our diaries and send reminders. If you need to change or cancel you can do this from the diary entry. During the call itself we will need to see your passport and your face at the same time. So we will need you to have access to a camera on the call . We will also need to see a proof of address (POA) this can be a recent utility bill, bank statement or mobile phone bill. Print out/screen shot from a website is fine as long as it has your address and name. We will record the part of the call where we sight the passport with your permission.
The rest of the call will be to answer queries, check we have the correct details and then to issue the correct contract and request for your bank details.
