Karolina is responsible for managing the Project Global international payroll on both a weekly and monthly basis. Alongside this she is also responsible for overseeing operations and the administration ensuring the highest possible standards of professional compliance and efficiency are adhered to across the business. This includes software and hardware solutions too. Karolina has strong numerical skills which allow for complex problem solving. She has a vivid memory allowing for an unhealthy amount of data retention! No end to her talents Karolina is also able to multitask and juggle different disciplines and projects simultaneously. An enthusiastic owner of two extremely large cats Karolina is also a competent and self-taught nail design artist.
