CNI Infrastructure Support Engineer (SC Cleared)
Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires experienced CNI Infrastructure Support Engineers with active UK SC Clearance to be based in their client’s office in Wokingham, UK.
This is a hybrid role – you can work remotely in the UK and attend the Wokingham office 3 days per week.
This is a 6+ month temporary contract (extendable), to start asap.
Day rate: Competitive Market rate.
Key Requirements:
- Ticket management
- Level 2 Infrastructure support, user creation/ modification/ deletion (Tech: Active Directory & Entra [Azure Active Directory]):
-SML process
-Password reset requests, troubleshooting laptop, desktop and users access issues
- Laptop build PAW & Desktop (Tech: Intune & Active Directory):
-Rebuilding laptops, reconfiguring applications
-Supporting application users and their laptop’s process
- Day to day SNOW requests, incidents management
- Supporting starters, movers and leavers process
- Patching and security tool deployment and support
- Monitor workflow management tools and react to logged tasks/ incidents and requests
- Knowledge and understanding of Networking protocols – TCP, NFS, NTP, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, TELNET
- Adopt, aspire, strive to use ‘Best in Class’ standards
- Engage and assist all technical leads and colleagues
- Active SC clearance is mandatory
