Lara provides administrative support to our Payroll and Operations Manager on the weekly and monthly payroll process handling all the matters that relate to the payment of salaries, and preparing contracts.

Together we provide effective Global HR Solutions including payroll management services, time and expense management for our clients. A big part of Lara’s role is helping to ensure that your contractors and permanent staff are paid on time and in compliance with the laws of the country they are based in.

Lara’s background is in the legal sector, she is an experienced office administrator who has also previously worked in the education and construction industries. 

In her free time she enjoys the company of her friends and family. She likes running, hiking, and watching sunsets which make her feel calm and peaceful.

She loves travelling, discovering new cultures, and learning new languages. She also enjoys a coffee with a good book and cooking.
