Nisha’s speciality is sourcing the best quality candidates for a wide range of IT Roles. She works in the IT delivery team to find the best possible matches for our clients and candidates. These roles include Programme Managers, domain specific Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Scientists, Service Desk staff, and everything in between!

Nisha really listens to our clients to fully understand their requirements including the skillset, experience and personal skills. She seeks out the best possible matches and gets to know the candidates to identify who is best suited to the role. Prior to her Maternity break, Nisha was working as a Sourcing Specialist with a London based IT agency. Her specialist background is in resourcing IT Candidates for successful long-term careers or specialist project contract work.

When she is not working, she loves spending time with her young daughter and family & friends. She enjoys cooking and trying out new recipes.

Nisha likes traveling, exploring new places and trying out new cuisines. Europe is on the bucket list for her next adventure.
