Mia collaborates closely with the Payroll & Operations Director as a member of the Business Improvement team. Her primary focus is on driving process optimisation and system enhancement projects that improve efficiency and functionality across all departments, ensuring ongoing improvements and streamlined operations.

The highlight of Mia’s role she describes as the truly unique work culture of Project Recruit. She enjoys working in a welcoming and warm team of friendly and supportive people.

Mia started working in corporate administration in the sustainable fashion industry as a university graduate and has also worked as a skilled PA.

Outside of work Mia loves to travel and try new things. She will spend as much time as possible seeing West End musicals. But if there are no musicals on, then she can be found roller skating or trying out new cafes with her Yorkshire Terrier, Rosie, around the streets and parks of London.
