Mia plays a crucial role in ensuring that Project Recruit’s payroll & operations internal systems are kept up to date. She supports team members by diligently checking documents, uploading information, and liaising with the company’s consultants to ensure a smooth process for all candidates.

The highlight of Mia’s role she describes as the truly unique work culture of Project Recruit. She enjoys working in a welcoming and warm team of friendly and supportive people.

Mia started working in corporate administration in the sustainable fashion industry as a university graduate and has also worked as a skilled PA.

Outside of work Mia loves to travel and try new things. She will spend as much time as possible seeing West End musicals. But if there are no musicals on, then she can be found roller skating or trying out new cafes with her Yorkshire Terrier, Rosie, around the streets and parks of London.
