Anju is responsible for finding the best job matches for IT recruitment. She gets to know our client needs, to understand who their ideal candidate would be. She then dedicates herself to searching for the best match, getting to know potential candidates and helping them to find a contract or permanent role that is ideal for their skills, experience, character, and needs. 

Anju is doing a great job for us as an IT recruiter. She sources IT project staff and is involved in a lot of software recruitment, IT support recruitment, and IT executive recruitment projects.

A special skill as a Recruitment Resourcer at Project Recruit is really going the extra mile to find the best people for each placement, listening to both clients and candidates, so that we can bring the right people to the right positions. Anju has a natural gift for finding the best match for each role. She is also responsible for advertising campaigns, job postings and carefully filtering candidates.

Anju gets satisfaction from working on complex and unusual jobs. Being a mother of a toddler, she appreciates the flexible work hours and the support that she gets from the team. She loves the diversity of the Project Recruit team and is learning a lot from her peers.

Before Project Recruit, Anju worked as a Tech Recruiter for Xebia IT Architects in Bangalore, India where she handled the 360-recruitment life cycle. Her specific expertise is to find Developers, Engineers, and Testers. She is a very good negotiator and having completed a bachelor’s in Computer Science, she is very familiar with technical skills and language.

Anju spends most of her time outside work with her family. She enjoys travelling and exploring London. She loves photography, listening to music, and watching Bollywood movies and web series.
