Gerda joined the Project Recruit Team in early 2015 where she applied her eagle eye and knack for organisation to managing the payroll process, handling candidate queries and office management support.
Gerda was promoted and joined the recruitment team and sources and interviews candidates, coordinates the interview process and on-boards candidates in the UK and internationally.
Before seeking out the bright lights of London and advancing her career within customer services and accounts, Gerda held an internship at the Department of Statistics of Lithuania where she applied an econometric method (Tanzi-Model) to an underground economy as well as discussing its feasibility.
Gerda is yoga enthusiast and loves travelling especially around the Mediterranean. She also enjoys concerts and spending time with friends and family as well as long walks in nature. A big fan of tennis Gerda is not losing hope that one day she will master it!
