Zivile Asanaviciute

Zivile joined the Project Recruit team in 2013. Despite her passion for travelling, we have managed to keep her in one place ever since. With a strong technical aptitude and experience of in-depth market research, she very quickly established herself as an invaluable member of the client delivery team. 
 
Zivile develops long term relationships with clients by building an understanding of their structure, culture and hiring needs. Zivile is an international recruitment expert and is also experienced in managing high volume recruitment projects.
 
Prior to joining Project Recruit, Zivile was a freelance executive head-hunter. During this time, she honed her search skills and demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit, focus, and ability to find candidates with skill sets in shortage markets eluding other recruiters.
 
Zivile has a degree in Public Administration achieved in her native Lithuania and speaks an impressive array of four languages.
 
Zivile has a passion for hiking and exploring the UK’s natural habitat as well as studying behavioural psychology, art and culture she is also rather impressive at oil painting.
