Nilika expertly selects and sources the best candidates for the data analyst and Fin Tech industries. This can include a range of roles in executive, graduate, and project recruitment, such as data science and business analyst roles. She is responsible for advertising job roles and networking to build relations with the best and brightest tech people in business and finance analytics. As a result she has a vast connection of the highest quality prospective candidates in the fintech industry. She builds long lasting relationships with her network and stays in touch with their job needs and skills. Nilika is also involved in onboarding new candidates and addressing general candidate queries.

Nilika enjoys working alongside an incredibly friendly, hardworking, and supportive team. One thing she particularly likes about her team is the congenial work environment, the supportive and friendly atmosphere, and that we work effectively as a team to find creative solutions. In her job, she loves building long term relationships, understanding the hiring needs/challenges and how to overcome them. 

In her last role, she was working as a Team Leader for a Legal Service Company. Her responsibilities included managing a team of legal analysts, performing quality checks, and providing legal opinion. A part of her responsibility included end-to-end recruitment, recruiting legal associates and analysts, and their onboarding.

Outside of work Nilika loves travelling, exploring new places and spending time with friends and family. She enjoys swimming, cycling, sketching (doodling) as well.
