Lead Business Analyst (Guidewire PolicyCenter)
Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires Lead Business Analyst (Guidewire PolicyCenter).
This is a fully remote role.
This is a 6+ month temporary contract to start asap
Day rate: Competitive Market rate
Lead the functional workstream for large-scale Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations for leading insurance clients. Drive end-to-end functional design and delivery by leveraging Guidewire PolicyCenter, Jutro Digital Platform (JDP), and Advanced Product Designer (APD) to enable efficient policy lifecycle management and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define target business requirements including high-level process flows, business rules, documents and user interface changes with focus on overall business flows, screens, and rules.
- Understand customer’s business objectives & impacted areas for transformation
- Understand & validate as-Is processes, KPIs and relevant metrics and define Target state operating model, processes & key performance indicators
- Identify & agree areas of configuration in Guidewire OOTB
- Lead product definition workshops leveraging APD
- Assist in change management strategy
- Assist in Business Case preparation
Key Requirements
- Guidewire – 8+ Years Experience
- ACE certified PC Business Analyst
- Experience in leading requirements stream in a PolicyCenter implementation
- Strong APD Experience
Desirable Skills:
- This role is for a functional business lead.
- The person should have strong customer facing skills and interact with customer business team to solicit requirements.
- Should have strong verbal and written communication skills
